Now after running the site for more than a month, I came to the conclusion that on most days most of the Cine news is not even worth printing. As this realisation dawned on me, I had 2 choices : participate in it or shut the site down. Now after working on it for some time, I find it it difficult to shut the site down. So I am planning to keep it up and running for more time.
Does this mean that I have lowered my standards? To an extent, Yes. But, I am going to be pouring my thoughts about crappy news-stories, so you can get an Idea of what the story is about. Thus, you will be prevented from reading such stories. There is this site whose Slogan is something like this: “We watch FOX news so you don’t have to”. My slogan is “I read Tamil Cine news, so you don’t have to”.
